Communication Skills:

A language is a systematic means of communication through the use of sounds or conventional symbols. It is the code we all use to express ourselves and communicate with others. It is a communication by word of mouth. It is the mental faculty or power of vocal communication. It is a system for communicating ideas and feelings using sounds, gestures, signs or marks. Any means of communicating ideas, specifically, human speech, the expression by the organs of the throat and mouth is a language. This is a system for communication. A language is written and spoken by a particular group of people to create meaning.

Hence, to make communication and expression more effective, the Teachers are trained in pronunciation skills. It is a three day program in the month of June, before the students return from vacation. This is to make the teachers more confident in their communication skills, which in turn will directly benefit the students.

Personality Development:

An individual’s personality is an aggregate conglomeration of the decisions they have to make throughout their life and the memory of these experiences. There are inherent natural, genetic, and environmental factors that contribute to the development of our personality. According to process of socialization, personality also colors our values, beliefs, and expectations. Hereditary factors that contribute to personality development do, so as result of interactions with the particular social environment in which people live
